Baby Cafe

Baby Cafe is for young children and their parents or carers. It is time to meet other families and play in a relaxed and friendly environment, each Wednesday morning. This is our gift to the community and there is no charge to attend.
The group is suitable for ages 0-4 years.
We run the group from 10-11:30. Baby Cafe takes a break for the summer and doesn’t run during school vacation weeks or School District 42 pro-D days.

Breastfeeding Drop-In

and During Baby Cafe
We are here to support you and your family on your breastfeeding journey. Whether you are new to breastfeeding, or have done it for a while, you are welcome to come and chat to our Breastfeeding Peer Volunteers and to other breastfeeding moms. You can then stay if you like for our Baby Cafe session and if you have any further questions our Breastfeeding Peer Volunteers are around during Baby Cafe.
All of our volunteers have completed the Fraser Health Breastfeeding Peer Support Course and have had their own breastfeeding journeys.
If this is your first time please register so we know to expect you. If you have already registered for Baby Cafe you don’t need to register again.

FAQs
Do I have to register each week? No. You register once online and then can come to the group on a drop-in basis.
What if my child is unwell? Please stay home so that they don’t spread any potential illness to other children and adults at the group.
Can I bring a visitor such as a grandparent? Yes please register them in advance using the registration form and mention that they are coming with you.
What ages is the group suitable for? Ages 0-4.
Can I bring an older child if they are off school for the day? No, the group is suitable for children aged 0-4 only.
